After getting wasted on various hallucinogenics I decided to prepare the canvas for Marijke Logan's anti-war show in Arizona. Various images, concepts flashed through my head.
Iraqi troops marching across a cluster bombed field… chancing with death.
A soldier on a tank pondering about how many women and children he's killed today.
An American sold Iraqi surface to air system fires at an invisible enemy.
A Westpoint trained Iraqi fighter pilot engages in battle with his American counterpart…
An Iraqi orphan with his legs blown off.
Palestinian children throwing stones at American made tanks.
An innocent civilian holds his dead baby up… killed in order to 'liberate' it.
Young children armed with grenade launchers… aimed at the liberators.
Oh… and who's that in the centre? Why it's Arizona's very own Balbir Singh Sodhi.
All unwilling participants in the war on terror.
